Users of this web application are assigned one of several roles that grant access to sundry aspects of the system.
Editor can view and edit client orders as well as organisation (company and practice) and people records
Manager has the same capability as an editor and can also:
- modify item and product records, including adjusting stock levels
- access lookup tables and can edit or add lookup records
- can place purchase orders on suppliers
- run a selection of reports
Administrator can do everything that a Managers can, plus:
- access commercially-sensitive reports
- access remaining Regency lookup tables, such as Payment Terms etc., (modifiy with caution)
- manage Regency users and their roles

Check on the status of orders and review order history
Interrogate stock levels. Place orders on suppliers for new stock. Manage the description of products, their consituent parts and their descriptions.
Manage order stages: perform sample checks and audit the results.
Review the volume of business and categorise it under a numnber of headings.
